Short guides to the things people ask about most. Paths like Settings, Security refer to the menu inside LifeVerse.
Choose “Get started”, enter your name, email address and a password of at least 8 characters, then open the confirmation link we email you. LifeVerse then asks for your language and look, which parts you want, and an optional first task.
Check your spam or junk folder and make sure the address is spelled correctly. If it still hasn’t arrived after a few minutes, sign up again with the same address to get a new link.
On the sign-in page choose “Forgot password?”, enter your email address and open the link we send you to choose a new password. If you are signed in, you can change it in Settings, Security; you’ll be asked for your current password.
Go to Settings, Security and choose “Sign out everywhere”. It ends every session, including the one you are using.
Go to Settings, Security, Two-step verification and choose “Set up”. Scan the code with an authenticator app (or type the key), enter the 6-digit code it shows, and choose “Turn on”. From then on you’ll be asked for a code each time you sign in.
Any app that makes 6-digit time-based codes, such as the ones from Google, Microsoft or 1Password.
Keep your authenticator backed up, because LifeVerse can’t show your codes. If you are still signed in somewhere, you can turn two-step verification off in Settings, Security. Otherwise, see the Contact page.
Type a task the way you would say it, in English or Arabic, for example “Call the bank tomorrow 10am !high #home”. LifeVerse picks out the date, time, priority, project and repeat for you.
Choose daily, weekdays, weekly, monthly or yearly. When you finish a repeating task, the next one is created. For a repeating event you can change or delete just one day, or the whole series.
Yes. The Calendar tab in the Planner shows dated tasks, trips, bookings and bills alongside your events. They open where they live, so you edit them there.
Each event keeps the time zone where it happens and is shown in your own time zone, with the original time when they differ. Set your time zone in Settings, Profile.
In Notifications inside LifeVerse, where you can mark them done or snooze them. You can also turn on a morning email and push notifications in Settings, Notifications.

No. It is a wellness diary to help you notice your own habits. It does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice. Talk to a qualified professional about your health.
In Health, Settings you can turn Health off, or turn it off and delete everything you entered. Medicine reminders only ever show the time, never the medicine’s name.
In Travel, create a trip with a destination and dates (or leave dates empty for a someday trip). Add plans to each day, add bookings and keep a packing list. The trip budget adds up bookings and priced plans.
Yes. Invite LifeVerse users by exact username as co-organiser, traveller or viewer. They see only that trip, and each trip has its own chat and polls.
No. Keep confirmation codes and times, but don’t store card or passport numbers in LifeVerse.
Only by your exact username. There is no people search or public directory, and someone you have blocked sees you as an unknown username.
Admins manage the group and its people. Members chat, plan, add events and polls. Viewers can chat, vote and answer events, but don’t change plans. Trips and pools have similar roles.
Your display name and avatar. Your profile, personal tasks, health and money stay private. Your level is shown to friends only if you turn that on in Settings, Privacy.
Open the group or trip and choose to leave. Your messages and what you added to shared plans stay; private packing items leave with you.
Go to Settings, Your data and choose “Download my data”. You get a JSON file with what you’ve added, including your health entries, readable to you.
Go to Settings, Your data, choose “Delete account” and type DELETE to confirm. Your account, stored files and everything you own are deleted permanently. This can’t be undone.
Pools you organise are deleted for every member, and direct chats are removed for both people. Messages you sent in groups stay, marked as from a former member.
